This programme is organized for all postgraduate and final year Psychology (Honours) programmes. The objective of the programme is to enhance synergy, teambuilding,  heighten self-awareness and insight , identify and build leadership. This two day programme is generally held off-campus in training and resource centers and offers students an opportunity a break from the rigors and demands of their busy academic lives and yet motivates them to examine their personal and professional goals with renewed energy.
