Bringing together almost 1000 students under the aegis of the Psychology association is quite a challenge. In this regard the Leadership training programmehas been conceptualized as a keyactivity of the Psychology Association, which seeks to identify potential student leaders from all the undergraduate and postgraduate Psychology classes and train them in various personal and interpersonal skills. The broad objective is to help them transfer these skills in the organizing and smooth functioning of the Association activities and help students identify better with the Department and Discipline of Psychology.
