Experience Engineering Program (EEP) 2017
The Experience Engineering Program (EEP) 2017, organized by Department of Sciences and Humanities was held from 9th June to 30th June 2017. The program stated with an Inaugural Function and with an inspiring note by Mr. Vidya Sankar [Retd. IAS]. Students visited various departments of the Deanery to have hands on experience in the laboratories. Team building activities were organized by Mr. Jibrael Jos and his team. These programs helped the students to know each other better and to work as a team. Students were taken to Bangalore Metro Rail Cooperation and FESTO. These visits were organized to give an exposure to students on the current technologies and challenges faced by the industries in day to day life. Class Teachers took sessions regularly to give an insight on the syllabus. Dr. Yeon addressed the students on the concept of innovative club which gave an insight about the research activities carried out at Centre for Advanced Research and Training and Centre for Digital Innovation.

This program also provided a platform for all the dancers, musicians and artists to showcase their talents. A wide range of talent was unraveled ranging from dancers to mimes to musicians to beat boxers. Each class had to involve in a cultural event which further enhanced the team spirit. However, Dr. Valsan T. Chandy regularly guided the students for cultural activities and Prof. Gokul and Prof. Sarath Chandra gave good feedback to the group dancers.
