WORKSHOP – CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT
30TH AND 31st AUG 2017

The Department of civil engineering, in association with Civil Simplified of Skifi Education Labs Pvt Ltd organized a Workshop On Construction Project Management for the Final year B.Tech students on 30th and 31st August 2017.

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Vasanth. The students learnt the fundamental concepts of construction management and its importance in the field of civil engineering. The students underwent a hands on training session in developing a timeline of a project, calculating critical path etc., using software PRIMEVERA. The Workshop was highly appreciated by the students as it gave the graduating batch a very good insight about how the construction project is scheduled.
