Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan 2023–2026 of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) is a forward-looking framework that outlines the institution’s vision for sustained academic excellence, innovation, and societal impact. Developed through a consultative and data-driven process involving key stakeholders, the plan serves as a roadmap for institutional growth and quality enhancement.
Anchored in the University’s vision of Excellence and Service, the Strategic Plan focuses on four core areas: Transformational Teaching-Learning for Global Competence, Impactful Research, Innovation and Enterprise, Positive Organisational Culture for Gainful Campus Life, and Meaningful Societal Engagement. These focus areas collectively guide the University’s efforts towards fostering holistic development, strengthening global engagement, and creating meaningful contributions to society.
As an initiative aligned with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), the Strategic Plan functions as a key instrument for planning, monitoring, and achieving institutional goals, ensuring continuous improvement and long-term impact.
