Student Satisfaction Survey

Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS)

The Student Satisfaction Survey is a key quality assurance initiative conducted by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in collaboration with Student Services to capture structured feedback on students’ academic and campus experience. The survey assesses areas such as teaching–learning, curriculum delivery, institutional support, infrastructure, and student engagement.

The insights derived from the survey support data-driven decision-making, enabling the University to enhance student-centric practices, address gaps, and continuously improve the overall quality of education and campus life.

Student Satisfaction Survey 2024–2025

The Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) 2024–25 was conducted by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in collaboration with Student Services between 18 March and 11 April 2025 using Google Forms through a voluntary response method. The survey recorded a response rate of 14.97%, reflecting meaningful student participation across campuses.

The survey assessed key areas including teaching–learning, academic processes, campus life, infrastructure, and student support services using a structured questionnaire. The overall satisfaction index was 3.69, with 65% of respondents rating their experience as Good or Very Good, indicating a positive student perception. While strengths were observed in library services, campus facilities, and support systems, areas identified for improvement include Wi-Fi connectivity, student support mechanisms, clarity of institutional policies, and alignment in academic delivery. The findings provide important inputs for targeted, data-driven quality enhancement across the University.
