The IQAC, in collaboration with the Centre for Education Beyond Curriculum (CEDBEC), organised a two-day National Seminar on “Internationalisation for Excellence and Sustainable Impact in Higher Education” on 19–20 February 2026 at the Central Campus.
The seminar brought together academicians, policymakers, industry experts, and administrators to deliberate on key themes such as internationalisation, sustainability, research, and institutional excellence. Discussions highlighted the alignment of higher education with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, focusing on multidisciplinary learning, global engagement, and academic flexibility.
Technical sessions explored emerging pedagogical practices, integration of digital tools and AI, incorporation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and strategies to strengthen global partnerships, research output, and industry collaboration. Emphasis was also placed on data-driven decision-making and benchmarking to enhance performance in national and international rankings.
The seminar provided a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue through expert talks and paper presentations, reinforcing the importance of collaboration, innovation, and continuous quality enhancement in higher education.
