Indian cooking class
Eight students from HAN University, Netherlands, and NTNU, Norway, are currently at the Centre for Social Action for a semester-long internship. As part of their immersion programme, a unique Indian cooking class was organised for them at the state-of-the-art restaurant facility of the Department of Hotel Management. The session offered the students a delightful opportunity to prepare their own Indian cuisines under the expert guidance of Dr. Jonathan, Chef and Assistant Professor at the Department of BHM, who led them through an engaging hands-on experience. The interns thoroughly enjoyed the process of cooking and relished the dishes they prepared, making the activity both fun and enriching. For many, it was a memorable cultural experience, blending learning with flavour, and leaving them with cherished memories of Indian hospitality and culinary tradition.
