Sustainable Sanitation and Personal Hygiene

This programme is primarily concerned with ensuring that all communities have access to Sustainable Sanitation, Clean Habits and Basic Hygiene. It will involve efforts aimed at improving resources and infrastructure, to promote healthy sanitation and hygiene practices Overall, it will promote better health and hygiene in the community through education and action.
Personal cleanliness is critical for maintaining good health and preventing illness from spreading. Sensitisation drives are being organised in many communities to teach people about the need for cleanliness practices, such as hand washing, bathing and brushing teeth regulary.
Workshops on promoting good sanitation practices are also being held to instruct individuals on keeping their surroundings clean and using good sanitation practices in their daily lives. Furthermore, activities to improve menstrual health and distribute sustainable products are being implemented to guarantee that women have access to safe and sanitary ware.

 

Communiry Health and Education Drives

This strategy will primarily focus on initiatives to improve access to public healthcare facilities and promote nutritional wellness in communities. It will launch initiatives to improve physical health, prevent malnutrition and promote a disease-free lifestyle. The programme's goal will be to inspire and educate communities about better health and dietary habits.

Sessions with health professionals and dietitians will be held to educate people about healthy eating habits and prevent numerous ailments. General health screenings to ensure better health awareness and improvement strategies, workshops on health education in project areas, colleges and communities to promote healthy lifestyles and surveys to identify and treat undernourished children are being promoted.

Initiatives from local healthcare hospitals and government organizations to improve healthcare facilities will also enhance the community's overall health. Yoga classes and fitness courses to enhance physical and mental well-being and a healthcare exhibition are being planned. These displays feature a variety of healthcare products and services, as well as a platform for educating people.

 

Early Childhood and Women's Health

This curriculum will primarily focus on women's and children's healthcare. It will help projects to increase access to high-quality healthcare for women of all ages and children in their early lives. It will also concentrate on women's pre and postnatal care, as well as adolescent healthcare. The plan will promote healthier nutrition for nurturers' health and well-being.
Adolescent health screenings will be organised to ensure that they are healthy and receiving proper medical attention. In addition, vaccination drives will be held to protect youngsters from numerous diseases. Workshops on early childhood care and nutrition will be held to educate parents on the need to give proper nourishment. Steps will also be launched to improve neonatal care, which will involve giving babies medical attention to guarantee healthy growth and development.
Nutritional counselling for mothers and women throughout pregnancy will be provided through consultations with health specialists, which will ensure that they get adequate nourishment and care during this vital period.
Parenting and rearing workshops will be organised to give parents the knowledge and skills they need to raise their children in a healthy and supportive atmosphere. It will guarantee that youngsters receive attention and care to grow up healthy and happy. Overall, these measures will be critical in enhancing people’s health and well-being, particularly children, mothers and pregnant women.

 

Donation Drives and Initiatives for People with Special Needs

This campaign will focus on particular needs and donation drives for people with disabilities and other determinants. It will assist blood and organ donation camps and special needs contributions. It will also focus on meeting basic requirements of people with disabilities and promoting high-quality healthcare. There will be collaborations with a variety of organisations for better healthcare services for those in need. The cooperation will aid in ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality services and they will receive proper medical attention. Hair donation programmes will also be organised to equip cancer sufferers with wigs. Proper medical attention and treatment needs to be ensured.

 

Mental Health Support and Gender Sensitivity

This programme will attempt to increase mental health knowledge and accessibility. It also aims to make communities more gender sensitive and inclusive. It promotes people's access to counselling and therapeutic services.
Efforts will be undertaken to educate communities about gender inclusion and dispel gender stereotypes. Workshops on mental well-being will be organised by psychology professionals to educate people about the importance of mental health and to offer them the tools and strategies needed to manage stress and improve their mental well-being.
Workshops on stress management will also be held to assist people in dealing with stress and preventing mental health problems. In addition, awareness initiatives will be organised to increase sensitivity, as well as understanding and empathy for mentally challenged individuals.
Overall, these measures will be critical in boosting mental health and well-being, dismantling stereotypes and fostering gender inclusion.
