The Activity Center facilitates a direct teaching-learning interaction between Christites and the beneficiaries of their projects. While most beneficiaries are school kids between the ages of 7 and 15 and the benefactors are mostly students, we hope to augment both the pools of the beneficiaries and benefactors by inviting professors, NGOs, external volunteers and persuading parents and caregivers of the children respectively to accomplish it.
At the project areas, the Activity Centre will create and amend its own course curriculum to enrich pedagogy and promote andragogic practices to benefit everybody. The Activity Centre will work with all four CSA cohorts to ensure the overall development of the beneficiaries. To guarantee an integrated learning experience, the cohorts must be involved in the curriculum’s development.

This scheme provides educational and career guidance to youngsters in project areas. It strives to enable children to make educated decisions about their future, by exposing them to many career options through workshops, lecture series, fairs and other activities. Youngsters will also be given advice on scholarship programmes, support services, resume writing and job/college interviews, as well as the opportunity to work with Christ University alumni, who are professionals.

This programme seeks to teach students both soft and technical skills. Soft skills would include communication, time-management, leadership, critical thinking skills, presentations, financial planning and more.

The goal is to hold weekly skill development sessions in the project areas to educate students about the many skills available, so that they can choose them based on their career interests. To boost their confidence, the volunteers will augment the sessions with activities and learning focused on public speaking, debates and other activities. The goal is also to invite professionals in project areas to speak to students about their experiences and the relevance of particular skills, as well as to educate them.

The programme aims to provide digital awareness on topics such as using technology for various domains. It will cover all aspects of digital literacy, including cyber bullying. The programme will focus on the following components - creativity, critical thinking and evaluation, cultural and social understanding, collaboration, finding and selecting information, effective communication, e-safety, and functional skills. It will also engage volunteers to upscale digital skills in our project areas. This programme will encourage students of the project areas, dropouts and others to start businesses.

The programme's goal is to organise sessions for various hard skills, such as using Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and other basics for young people looking for work. The plan includes regular seminars for skill development, such as resume writing, job/college interviews and aptitude exams. Volunteers will assist in vocational training as well as tackling real-world challenges. It intends to serve dropouts as well as project area students. It offers NGO-based activities, such as training volunteers in developmental and vocational skills, as well as organising NGO programmes on key life skills.
The programme is in line with the government's New India Literacy campaign, which is based on the New Education Policy and is designed specifically for non-literates aged 15 and above. It will aid in the development of all parts of adult education, such as Foundational Literacy and Numeracy, Critical Life Skills, Vocational Skills Development, Basic Education and Continuing Education.
