Master Class

The Department of Hotel Management conducts the Culinary Master Class by specialization students. The  budding chefs from the final year of kitchen or baking science, will showcase one of their signatures every week. It’s for all those who are curious to learn and interact with the young chef. .They showcase a dish from their mother cuisine which is very unique, soulful and has seasonal ingredients or from the baking and patisserie world, and it is presented to the crowd.

The aim is to learn about their mother cuisine in depth - about the ingredients, history of food, cultural diversity of the region they belong to, cooking methods and techniques used in cooking.  It is also evident that they learn and develop interpersonal skills while demonstrating the dish.  The event is open for all students from across the campus to attend,learn and taste the dish. This class happens every week on a regular working day.
