The PG Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management is designed to prepare dynamic and leaders capable of navigating today’s complex educational environments. The program empowers participants to cultivate a strategic vision rooted in innovation, inclusion, and transformational leadership. Learners will develop critical thinking, self-reflection, and evidence-based decision- making skills through an in-depth engagement with global research and leadership theories. A strong emphasis on research and data-driven strategies enables participants to enhance institutional effectiveness and elevate teaching and learning outcomes. Learners will gain advanced competencies in change management, fostering adaptability, resilience, and creativity in diverse educational settings. The IBEC supports teachers and school leaders in developing an understanding of the IB’s mission and pedagogy, the principles and practices associated with IB programs. The program is certified by International Baccalaureate (IB) in Leadership Practice. On completion of the recognized IBEC program of the study at the School of Education, Christ University and receiving the convocation certificate, graduates are eligible to register for the IB educator certificate. IB is responsible for awarding the IB certificate in Leadership practice. The four semester program blends weekend online classes with real-world practice offering practical learning in a blended mode.
