TLEC actively promotes the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) and research-informed practice by:
- Encouraging faculty to undertake research on curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment.
- Supporting the development and publication of research articles, book chapters, and volumes on innovative teaching–learning practices.
- Leading and contributing to institutional research projects on outcome attainment, student feedback, and whole-person education.
- Presenting TLEC’s work at national and international conferences, including papers based on capacity-building initiatives and curriculum reform.
