Initiatives at the University
Since its inception, TLEC has conceptualised and implemented a range of initiatives across CHRIST campuses, including
- University-wide curriculum and course plan reviews for Schools and Campuses.
- Capacity building for OBE and constructive alignment through multi-day workshops for academic leaders, coordinators, and faculty.
- Digital pedagogy and hybrid teaching workshops, including collaborations with the United Board and other partners.
- Faculty Induction and QIPs, focusing on teaching–learning–assessment for new and continuing faculty.
- External outreach and consultancy, offering faculty development programmes to institutions across India.
These initiatives have contributed directly to NAAC documentation, curriculum revisions, and institutional policy development on curriculum design and assessment.
