The Teaching Learning Enhancement Cell (TLEC) at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) is a university-level initiative dedicated to strengthening curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment across all campuses. Established in 2016 at the Bangalore Central Campus, TLEC was created to build faculty capacity in response to national priorities such as the Learning Outcome-based Curriculum Framework (LOCF) and NEP 2020, and to support holistic education in line with the University’s vision.
