The Media Studies Association (MESTA) is the student association of the Department of Media Studies, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore Central Campus. MESTA serves as a platform for students to explore diverse areas of media, communication, creativity and professional practice through student-led clubs, events and initiatives. The association brings together clubs such as cathARTic, The Press Project, PRos & Comms, Pratibimb, Super Deluxe, Media MUNSoc, SportsCast, The Media Forum, Origin Studio, Pragati and 4C Radio, offering students opportunities to engage in art, journalism, public relations, filmmaking, content creation, debate, sports, community engagement and other creative and professional pursuits. Through these platforms, MESTA fosters collaboration, leadership, experiential learning and holistic student development beyond the classroom.
