Gayathri Vasudevan has worked for the ILO and thereafter helped women in a village in Karnataka to set up grain banks until she joined LabourNet in 2007 and turned it into a social enterprise that reached 100 crores in revenue in the last year.For her vision and her deep-seated desire to make a real change, she has been bestowed several awards such as the Forbes India Leadership Award 2018: Entrepreneur With Social Impact, Most Powerful Women in Business in India and many others

Dr Jyothi Kumar

Dr Jyothi Kumar has a PhD in Strategy and Organizational Sustainability and has had more than 20 years of teaching experience with both undergraduate and graduate programs.She's currently pursuing her fellowship in education management at the Graduate School of Education, Harvard University

Dr Padmini Ram
Principal Investigator, CLARE

Dr Padmini Ram is Assistant Professor, School of Business Studies and Social Sciences. She has worked with grassroots NGOs in India and with international organisations such as the United Nations and American Red Cross among others. She got her PhD from the University of Cambridge in 2015 and has taught at Anglia Ruskin University in the UK before joining Christ in 2017. She has been working on the informal economy since 2011.
