Dr. Shefali Srivastava is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Professional Studies at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. Her research focuses on sustainability, circularity, servitization, value co-creation, and quality management. She completed her Post-Doctoral research in circular supply chains at IIT Delhi in 2022. She earned her Ph.D. in Service Operations Management from IIITM Gwalior in 2019 and qualified for the UGC-NET in 2012. Dr. Srivastava has published extensively in SCOPUS, ABDC, and ABS indexed journals. In 2020, she received the "Highly Commendable Paper" award at the Literati Awards by Emerald Publishers. She is also listed among the top 500 researchers in the South Asian Region in business and management.
