Dr. Vinita Seshadri holds a doctorate in Management from Bharathiar University. She also earned an MBA from the University of Pune. She began her career with organizations like McDonalds and Bharti Airtel Limited. After gaining corporate experience, she transitioned into academia. She joined the School of Business and Management as a faculty member. She teaches Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship courses. She also contributes to General Management teaching and academic development. She served as a visiting professor under the Faculty Mobility Program 2021. She taught Cross Cultural Management at ISA, Lille University, France. Her teaching engagement was conducted through virtual mode during the program. She actively undertakes consultancy projects for various business organizations. She conducts market feasibility analysis for product and service development.
