She began her career with organizations like McDonalds and Bharti Airtel Limited. After gaining corporate experience, she transitioned into academia. She joined the School of Business and Management as a faculty member. She teaches Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship courses. She also contributes to General Management teaching and academic development. She served as a visiting professor under the Faculty Mobility Program 2021. She taught Cross Cultural Management at ISA, Lille University, France. Her teaching engagement was conducted through virtual mode during the program.
