Dr Latha Ramesh is an Associate Professor at CHRIST University. She holds ACMA from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants. She earned a masters degree in Commerce from Bangalore University. She also holds an MBA from ICFAI with strong academic distinction. Her research interests include Strategy and Corporate Governance. She also focuses on Financial Reporting and Business Valuation studies. Her work emphasizes startup valuation and financial decision frameworks. She teaches MBA courses in Management Accounting and Financial Reporting. She also handles Business Valuation and Strategic Financial Management courses. She has served as keynote chair at IIT Kharagpur and IIM Raipur. She has published articles and case studies in international journals. She joined CHRIST University in 2011 as a dedicated academic professional. She coordinated the Finance Lab and supported NBA accreditation processes. She integrates technology into teaching using learning management systems effectively. She promotes use of finance databases and simulation based learning methods.
