She has a strong interest in academic research and scholarly writing. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences. She has published research papers in SCOPUS and Web of Science journals. Her publications reflect consistent contribution to academic research. She has worked on a micro project on stress management. The project focused on stress management practices in the IT sector. She also completed a major research project on company valuation approaches. The study examined analytical measures used in business valuation practices. She has been associated with Christ University since the year 2002. She has served in multiple academic and administrative roles. She has worked as Program Coordinator and Association Coordinator.
