- Individualized leadership assessment
- Team coaching for University Teams
- Establish research thrust areas in leadership studies and facilitate grant writing for multidisciplinary projects related to leadership.
- Joint research with academic- Industry focus
- Develop and standardize leader assessment tools for enhanced productivity and life coaching.
Staff Sessions
- Psychometric Assessments (DISC) for participants who attended the three day Leadership Development Programmes
- Leadership Development Seminars for Leaders at Mid and Senior Level Leaders at CHRIST - Three day leadershop seminar for senior leaders, Deans, HODs and Coordinators (Two cohorts in October 2018 & Two Cohorts in 2020 so far) .
- Individual Coahing sessions based on Interest and recommendations
Team Coaching sessions for the department faculty as requested by HOD's - Following departments have received team coaching sessions: Office of Accounts, History & International Studies, Sociology & Social Work , Media Studies, Civil Engineering, and Management Studies
- Lab Attendee’s Training (Kengeri Campus Staff)
- Day 1 session in the Auditor’s Training - Behavioral Approaches for Effective Auditing (As part training conducted by IQAC)
- Path Way to Excellence Session done in three cohorts for leaders at CHRIST.
- Monthly Leadership Conversation session on the first Tuesday of every month for the LEADERS at CHRIST i.e Management, Fathers, Deans, Directors, Administrative heads, HOD's, Coordinators, Managers etc,
Students Session
- Leadership Orientations for all the Students leaders of CHRIST (University Council Represetatives, Deanery Counsil Rrpresetatives, CR's, CSA, SWO, NCC, Cultural Team, Choir Team, University Sport Team
- Open Elective Course
- Online Continuous Leadership Training as student members of the chair through weekly meetings, Hubs activities, initiating different chapters for engagement
- Conducting leadership skills based webinar,, workshops and sessions
- Student facilitated training sessions for different schools on leadership topics .
