The One-on-One Peer Training Wing at CAPS provides students with an
opportunity to get an individualized experience on all that CAPS has to offer.
It is a space for students to learn new skills at their own pace and comfort.

Just like the topics it deals with; the wing’s functioning is different from a
classroom set-up. The trainees are assigned a trainer, based on their
requirements, learning pace and style. The team has been vital in
enhancing the English-language use of many international students
and non-native English speakers within the university.

While maintaining a professional approach, trainers and trainees are
encouraged to create a bond that enhances the learning process.
It provides a two-way street where the trainees can also share their
knowledge and skills and hence break free from the usual
student-teacher chemistry.
