Dr. Pratiksha Jha is an Assistant Professor in the Business Analytics Department at Christ University, Delhi-NCR. She specializes in finance and technology, with research focusing on corporate financing, Industry 4.0, and financial inclusion. Dr. Jha holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Gautam Buddha University. Her doctoral research explored the impact of financing patterns on SMEs' financial performance in India. She has published her research in ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals and serves as a reviewer for SCI, SSCI, and ABDC-indexed publications. Additionally, Dr. Jha has published a patent on blockchain applications in banking. With teaching experience at Delhi University, Gautam Buddha University, and IP University, Dr. Jha specializes in investment analysis, fintech, and financial modeling. She actively contributes to academic development as the International Affairs Coordinator for Christ Universitys School of Business and Management. Her multidisciplinary background in commerce and management brings a unique perspective to her work in finance and technology.
