Dr. T. Dheepa is an Associate Professor at the School of Business and Management. She brings over two decades of academic experience across multiple institutions. Dr. Dheepa holds a Master's in Marketing and Systems and a Ph.D. in Management from Mother Teresa University. She is also qualified by UGC-NET. Her research includes leadership roles in projects funded by UGC, AIMS, and the Malcolm Elizabeth Trust. She has also contributed to state-level human development initiatives. In addition to teaching, she has a strong record of consultancy work and leads management development programs. Dr. Dheepa is a prolific researcher with contributions in management and marketing conferences and journals. She co-authored the book "Business Research Methods" and has organized several national and international conferences funded by ICWA and NCW. Her research interests focus on Customer-Centric Marketing, Emerging Technologies in Marketing, the Future of Marketing Automation, and Ethical Implications of Marketing Technologies.
