Dr. Shanmugam Subramanian is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. He brings 17 years of experience, combining 12 years in teaching Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management and 5 years in industry as an HR professional. He holds an MBA from Madras University and a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University, specializing in Human Resource Management. Dr. Subramanian has cleared the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) three times, including Lectureship and Assistant Professor roles in Management and Human Resource Management. He has twice ranked in the top 5% in NPTEL (SWAYAM) certifications conducted by IITs. Dr. Subramanian has published 11 scholarly papers in national and international journals. He is an active participant in various seminars and conferences. His research interests include AI in Human Resources, Organizational Culture, and Strategic Leadership.
