About the Programme

 

The BBA in Finance and Economics is a unique double major program at the School of Business and Management that combines economics and finance. In addition to learning about financial sector performance and evaluation, students will gain a solid understanding of economic theories and policies. This major provides students with a theoretical foundation in both Economics and Finance. The courses provide strong training in the analysis of data and models in these fields.

Through a multidisciplinary approach and project-based learning, the curriculum helps develop a sound understanding of global financial markets, monetary policy challenges, and everything in between.  In addition to developing research skills, students pursuing their 4th year in Honours with research will also be eligible to apply for PhD programs around the world.

Integrated Finance and Economics Learning

This program combines the core principles of finance and economics, enabling students to understand financial systems, economic policies, markets, and business decision-making through an interdisciplinary approach.

Industry-Oriented Analytical Skills
