About the Programme
The BSc Psychology Honours offered by CHRIST (Deemed to be University) in Bannerghatta Road Campus | Yeshwanthpur Campus | Kengeri Campus with non-core subjects like Artificial Intelligence and Bio-chemistry is designed to meet the increasing demand for Psychologists in the diverse professional fields. The syllabus builds critical and creative thinking among students and explores the various disciplines of psychology. The curriculum develops ambitious psychologists who can make a difference in psychology and beyond. Drawing from the recommendations of the American Psychological Association, The British Psychological Society and the University Grants Commission, this program integrates both natural science and social science disciplines, requiring students to take courses from diverse disciplines. Our distinguished faculty members are well-versed in academic instruction, active research, securing research grants, and leading specialized campus clubs, cells, and development centers. To support research and practical learning, the department features a state-of-the-art psychology laboratory equipped with EEG technology, biofeedback and many other academic resources alongside advanced statistical and qualitative data analysis software.
