Mr. Souradeep Rakshit specializes in Human Rights Law and legal studies. He has nearly ten years of academic teaching experience. He completed B.A. LL.B and LL.M from University of North Bengal. He received the prestigious University Governors Medal for academic excellence. He is pursuing doctoral research on rights of arrested under-trial prisoners. His research examines judicial approaches and legal inconsistencies in this domain. He has published articles in UGC CARE and SCOPUS indexed journals.
