Dr. Anurekha T. K. is specialized in counselling psychology and is a certified Acceptance and Commitment Therapy practitioner from PRAXIS. Her research areas focus on gender issues, psycho-education, and training programs addressing inter and intra-personal issues. She also explores addictions, psychotherapies, mindfulness-based interventions, stress management, life skills, and emotional regulation among youth. Dr. Anurekha is currently conducting research titled ?Efficacy of Self-Regulation Intervention on Quarter Life Crisis and Risky Decision Making among Emerging Adults.? This project is funded by CHRIST University under the SEED money internal project scheme. She has authored and co-authored multiple research articles and presented scientific papers at national and international conferences. With 10 years of teaching experience, she has been part of CHRIST University since 2022. Dr. Anurekha teaches courses such as Quantitative Research Methods, Social Psychology, and Therapeutic Interventions to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
