Dr. Peter Varghese Muttungal has been associated with Christ University, Bengaluru, and its affiliated campuses in various capacities and currently serves as the Campus Administrator and the Director of Student Services at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Delhi NCR Campus. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Psychology from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and an M.Phil from Christ University, Bengaluru. He has also completed an EdLEAP Diploma Program from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata, and was recognised as a United Board Fellow for 2022-23 from Singapore Management University.
