The Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) serves as a structured and collaborative platform aimed at strengthening the partnership between the institution and parents in supporting the holistic development of MBA students. At the postgraduate level, academic rigor, professional orientation, and industry preparedness require consistent alignment between student effort, faculty mentorship, and parental awareness. This meeting creates an opportunity to ensure that all stakeholders remain informed and engaged in the student’s academic journey. During the session, parents will receive comprehensive insights into their ward’s academic performance, attendance records, classroom participation, and involvement in co-curricular and professional development initiatives. Faculty members will be available for focused, one-on-one interactions to discuss strengths, areas of improvement, behavioural observations where relevant, and expectations for the upcoming academic term. Additionally, the PTM will address aspects such as internship progress, placement readiness, skill development, leadership exposure, and overall well-being. By fostering transparent communication and shared accountability, the initiative reinforces a coordinated and supportive approach toward sustained academic excellence and professional growth.
