Dr Subhashree Banerjee specializes in ecological and environmental economics. Her research focuses on climate change and forest conservation challenges. She holds a PhD in Economics from Institute for Social and Economic Change. Her doctoral research examined ecosystem services and livelihood systems in Odisha. She currently serves as Assistant Professor at CHRIST University, Bangalore. She has extensive academic experience in environmental economics research.
