Dr. Anagha Babu holds a doctorate in International Relations and Political Science. Her research explored "Role of Soft Power Diplomacy in Indo-US Relations" at the Central University of Kerala. She earned postgraduate degrees in International Relations (Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, securing the first rank) and Women and Gender Studies (IGNOU). Her research areas include India's foreign policy, cultural diplomacy, and regional studies of the US and South Asia. She also focuses on African and Australian studies, gender diplomacy, and climate policies. Before joining Christ University, she worked with think tanks and the Ministry of Earth Sciences. Dr. Anagha has collaborated with civil service institutes like Kerala State Civil Services Academy as an instructor and course developer. She reviews scholarly journals, including the Worldwide Journal of Research and EJSS ? Electronic Journal of Social and Strategic Studies. She is a member of the South Indian Scholars? Group of International Studies and founded The A.G. Babu Foundation. She actively promotes awareness on animal trafficking and animal welfare laws. Beyond her academic interests, she holds a degree in Bharatnatyam and deeply appreciates classical dance forms.
