The Department of Life Sciences, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) had organized a Panel Discussion on “Higher Studies in Biological Sciences” on February 23, 2017. Dr Dipshikha Chakravortty, Professor in the Dept of Microbiology and Cell Biology, Indian Institute of Science was the lead speaker. Dr Suma S, Dr Biljo V Joseph and Fr Jobi Xavier of the Dept of Life Sciences, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), were the other members of the panel. The discussion was centered on the best courses and colleges available for higher studies in various branches of Biological Sciences and their relative merits and demerits.
