Odyssey – Odyssey is an annual national level hospitality fest organized by Department of Hotel Management and comprises of two components Chef Comp & Hat Comp. This Chef competition commenced in 1995, is in association with Taj Group of Hotels (IHCL). The competition is evolved over almost three decades. The department made their mark on the hospitality competition culture and hosts hospitality institutions from across the country.
