Dr. Neetha Mary Avanesh is an Associate Professor at the School of Business and Management, Christ (Deemed to be University). She holds an MBA from Bangalore University, PGDBA from Symbiosis, Pune, and Personnel Management certification from Arizona, US. She also holds an MPhil and PhD in Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She has vast experience in teaching, training, and research, mainly in Human Resource Management. Dr. Neetha has presented papers at national and international forums and published articles, book chapters, and case studies. Her work includes publications with Emerald and Ivey Publishing. Her research interests include Succession Planning, Workplace Spirituality, and AI in HR. She has also worked on projects with companies like SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals and Whirlpool of India Ltd. She holds a patent and has won five Best Paper Awards. As a PhD guide and RAC member, she is passionate about developing human-capital management initiatives across businesses.
