Selection Process Details : Important Instructions
Once application number is generated, requests for change of campus/programme preference, date or center/venue cannot be processed.
Multiple Applications

If the Entrance Test for different applications is scheduled on the same date and time, candidates will write only one test. The score will be applied to all relevant programmes.

If the tests are scheduled on different dates or times, candidates must take each test separately.
Other Selection Processes
- Skill Assessment (SA), Micro Presentation (MP), and Personal Interview (PI) must be completed separately for each application, as per the schedule mentioned on the respective admit cards.
- If interviews for multiple applications are scheduled at the same time and date at the same venue or at different campuses, the candidate should:
1) Attend the first interview as per their admit card,
2) Approach the Admissions In-charge at that campus,
3) Request facilitation to attend the remaining interviews.
- Please note that for certain specific programmes, candidates are required to attend the interview only at the designated campus.
Admit Cards
- Admit cards will be available 2–3 days before the selection process.
Mock Test and Actual Test Links
- Links will be sent to the registered email ID and will also be available in the admit card.
- Please ensure your registered email account is active and accessible ahead of time.
- Double‑check that you can log in smoothly to avoid delays in accessing the test links.
Technical Requirements
- Mock Test – System Compatibility Check
- Candidates must have a functional camera, microphone, power backup, and stable internet connection throughout the Entrance Test.
- Requests for rescheduling will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Admission Guidelines for Selected Candidates – General Instructions
Fee Payment & Admission Formalities
Upon announcement of results, selected candidates are requested to complete the fee payment and proceed with the admission formalities within 5 working days, or as specified in the Offer of Admission Card.
Time Slot Adherence
Candidates must strictly follow the date and time slot chosen for admission processing.
Undergraduate and Postgraduate Admissions
Student and Parent Presence Required: Admission cannot be processed without the physical presence of the student, accompanied by at least one parent.
Documents to Carry (Mandatory)
- All original documents as listed in the Offer of Admission Card.
- One complete set of black and white photocopies of the same documents.
- Two recent passport-size photos with a white background. Ensure the photos are clear and taken within the last six months.
NRI Admissions
Once results are declared, selected NRI candidates are advised to:
- Pay the admission fee using NEFT/RTGS/NET Banking/Credit Card.
- Select a suitable date and time for admission and report to the campus accordingly. Kindly note: The facility to choose your preferred admission date and time will be made available from end of March 2026 under the link: https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/
- Download the Offer of Admission Card (Mandatory).
