This course equips students with the knowledge of human behavior to understand motivation and build empathy to bring dynamic stories to life onstage. Students will learn about character motivation through foundational acting techniques that are supported by companion studies in psychology and behavioral science. They will also collaborate on all aspects of live theatre production, including acting, directing, stage management, costumes, lights, sound, props, and set design. Students who have secured 75% marks and above in the first six semesters are eligible to qualify for a 4-year degree (Honours / Honours with Research) in Psychology, or may be eligible to pursue an Honours degree in Theatre.
