Dr. Rashmi Akshay Yadav holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Mysore. Her research focused on adopting the balanced scorecard as a performance tool in banks. Currently, she serves as Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Management (MBA), CHRIST University, Bangalore. With 14 years of academic experience, Dr. Rashmi is a BoS and BoE member of several autonomous institutions. She also contributes to syllabus orientations for BU and BCU. Her qualifications include an MBA in Finance, K-SET certification, and diplomas in Commercial Practice and Structural Equation Modelling. She is a certified Advanced Wealth Planner from NSE. Dr. Rashmi has 8 Scopus-indexed, 1 ABDC, and 14 UGC-listed publications. She also holds two patents, one copyright, and has authored or edited 18 books. Her expertise spans derivatives, risk management, financial management, and supply chain management. In 2023, Dr. Rashmi was honored as the "Rising Star in Financial Research and Education" during the 68th Kannada Rajyotsava celebration. She serves as a peer reviewer for Scopus journals and actively leads personality development and career guidance programs.
