Dr. Ashok Kumar R S specializes in Human Resource Management. He holds an MBA and a Ph.D. from VTU, Belgaum. His research interests include labor law, gig workers, and emerging areas of HR management. He has authored two books focused on work-life balance. Additionally, he has presented research papers at both national and international conferences. Dr. Ashok Kumar has also organized several industry-institute connect programs, enhancing academic-industry collaboration. Since June 2024, he has served as an Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Management at Christ University, Bangalore Central Campus.
