Dr. Ramesh Chandra Babu serves as an Associate Professor at the School of Business and Management, CHRIST University, Bangalore. He holds an M.Com from Bharathidasan University, an MBA from Annamalai University, and a Ph.D. from Pondicherry University. He has received training as a teacher at IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Kozhikode. Additionally, he has cleared the UGC-NET examination in Management. With four years of industry experience and 25 years in teaching, Dr. Babu has conducted several training programs and workshops in management, including Transactional Analysis (TA). His academic interests span Strategy, Finance, Research Methodology, and General Management. He has published over 20 papers in reputed Indian and international journals and has developed course materials for Periyar University. Dr. Babu has international teaching experience and is an active member of various Boards of Studies in academic institutions. He holds memberships in professional organizations, such as MISTE and IAENG, in India and abroad. A former NCC (Air Wing) "C" certificate holder, he is also a recipient of the Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award, UK. His contributions highlight his dedication to academia and professional excellence.
