Dr. Anuradha R holds a PhD from Bharathiar University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Madras. She is a passionate educator and avid researcher, committed to simplifying knowledge creation. Dr. Anuradha is also a qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Her expertise spans Accounting, Taxation, and Finance. Her research interests include Cost of Capital, Working Capital Management, and Blockchain Technology. She has numerous publications in these areas. Dr. Anuradha's research on spirituality won the best paper award at an international conclave at IIM Kozhikode. She co-investigated an ICSSR-funded project on the impact of smartphone and social media usage on students' academic performance. Since 2016, she has been with CHRIST (Deemed to be University) and currently serves as Associate Professor and Head of the BBA Programme at the School of Business and Management, Bangalore Central and Kengeri campuses.
