Piyush Kumar Jain is an Assistant Professor at Christ University, Bengaluru. He specializes in banking and international business. He holds an MPhil in Banking, a PGDIB in International Business, and an M.Com in Banking & Finance. All his qualifications are from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is currently pursuing a PhD from the University of Mumbai. His research interests focus on E-Banking, Consumer Behaviour, and Banking Reforms. He has published two UGC CARE research papers and edited a book. He also contributed chapters to Scopus-indexed books by Taylor and Francis, and IGI Global. Piyush served as a Research Assistant for a project funded by MGNCRE. The project was titled ?Education, Employment, Entrepreneurship and An Atmanirbhar Bharat: A Study on Rural Development.? His work combines theory with practical applications, aiming to drive innovation and improve consumer satisfaction in banking.
