An Online Workshop on Research Tools and Techniques

The School of Business and Management cordially invites all of you to attend knowledge packed Workshop on "Research Tools and Techniques" starting from July 9, 2022 to July 13, 2022 between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Different time slots for Saturday and Sunday).

Multidisciplinary research is a pursuit of truth with the help of numerous specialized branches of learning which aims at achieving a common aim with the aid of knowledge of other disciplines. Multidisciplinary research provides different approaches and solutions to a specific problem. It benefits to look at the problem over 360 degrees within cross-functional discipline of management. Quantitative analysis is the collection, cleaning and analysis of data. It is very important to go through the well-structured literature review with a specific methodology to come up with the updated variables to prepare a questionnaire. Literature review is the foundation of qualitative and quantitative research as it gives the conceptual and theoretical framework to the researcher.

Session Plan Includes -

Analytical Research Techniques and tools are an integral part of Academic Research in management.  This faculty development program is structured in order to pass on knowledge about the research problem, understand the topic, theoretical development with the understanding of open-source software - VOSviewer, R studio - biblioshiny, and analytical research techniques with help of econometric and ARIMA. modelling.

About the Resource Persons -

Dr Radha Yadav is currently working as an Assistant Professor (HR/OB) at Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore.  She completed her doctorate degree from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Uttarakhand (India). She has over 5 years of experience in academics and 9 years’ experience in research.

Dr. Manu K S is presently working as an Assistant Professor in School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. He received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) from University of Mysore. Mysore. He possesses more than ten years of teaching, research and consultancy experience.

Dr. Rameesha Kalra, currently is working as Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Management at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore Main Campus. She holds a Master’s degree in Business administration (MBA Finance & HR) from FMS, Ajmer University and was a topper of the MBA program. She is also UGC (NET) qualified.

Prof. Gnanendra. M currently is working as Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Management at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore Main Campus. He has financial econometrics certificate from IIM Indore and Pondicherry University. He has experience of working in different institutions in various capacities for more than 13 years.
