SAMSHODHAN 2021 - A National Level Online Research Seminar organised by Department of Commerce on 20 April 2021.

Theme: "REBUILDING FUTURE THROUGH RESEARCH & RESILIENCE".  As is said, “It is difficult to stick to the traditional road when the road itself has crumbled”. COVID-19 has created a universal imperative for organisations to set a reset button, and accelerate the need to create an agile, resilient organisation with higher levels of digitization and to better equip teams to deal with today’s rapid pace of change.  Across all our disruptions, one success factor stands out: resilience. From strategy to operations and executions, building a sustainable, resilient organisation has been the key – and now, it is more important than ever.

This online seminar delves and invites research papers across various verticals, in rebuilding a resilient future. Interested students may send their abstract by 12 April 2021, and final paper by 15 April 2021.  By participating in SAMSHODHAN 2021 you also qualify to attend the workshops conducted by IIM faculties as part of this seminar.  Kindly check the brochure for further details.
