The Department offers two undergraduate programmes in History Economics and Political Science (HEP) and Economics, Political Science and Sociology (EPS).The Department also offers MA, M.Phil. and Ph.D. in International Studies.
These programmes introduce students to the theory and practice for Political Science and International Relations. It provides a platform to understand and analyse issues of power, authority and governance. Studying and discussing the key questions that confront academics and practitioners can help students become better citizens while enhancing their analytical and communication skills. The experienced faculty of the department create several opportunities for the students to explore the wide array of issues that arise in politics today and help students hone their skills of enquiry and research.
