Course Description
Team building is a generic skill that has immense potential to facilitate personal and professional growth. For a student, learning the rubrics of how to be part of a team, contribute effectively and enable a team to meet its goals can be of immense help both within and outside the classroom context. The course aims to introduce students to the concept of groups/teams and make them understand how individuals act differently when they are alone and in groups, to make them aware of the responsibilities as a leader and as a team member and to aid them to choose, build, maintain and lead teams in different spheres of life.

The methodology for this course will be activity oriented aimed to :

  • Enable students to develop  individual skills required in team building
  • Address on individual needs  and issues in the context of a team 
  • Address team needs and issues
  • Focus on team maintenance
  • Evaluation will be done through ongoing classroom assignments and activities.
