Course Description:  The syllabus is structured into 9 modules, which has a strong managerial orientation and strategic focus on the main areas of HRM as well as the present day issues related to the discipline. It focuses on the various modern HR practices

Course Objective:  To facilitate students to understand and acknowledge the close ties that link the HR function to the other organisational functions and to make them realize the growing opportunities in HR.
